Did you ever scribble and scratch drawings of little characters in your notebooks or binders while growing up? I did. She started out on youtube.com with her first 5 animation clips. From there it spread like wildfire. Lela's book is already on its way to its 4th edition and perfect as a fun coffee table book to keep your guests laughing and ready to party! Momiji | Girly Cute Dolls

Momiji, Momiji, Momiji dolls, where were you all my life?

I didn't know that the cutest dolls on earth were such a big collectors item. After looking through the pictures of all the Momiji doll collections on flickr.com, I remembered my small collection of pink Pucci puppy figurines I use to collect in elementary school. 

I guess I'm a doll collector at heart. These Momiji dolls were inspired by the designs of Joanna Zhou, a 24 year old manga illustrator born in China, but currently living in Austria. How cool is that? After googling her name I found out that these Momiji dolls are a phenomena. Nina Zimmerman is also another artist who has created a line of Momiji dolls just as cute, maybe cuter!

They are sold on Amazon.com as well as the company store www.lovemomiji.com - in case you wanted to keep theses little wooden dolls on your work desk. I'm thinking a whole bookshelf full of them would be great above my desk at home to keep my house a little girly cute. Maybe I'll just take a few of these Momiji dolls with me to my next trip to Paris and have her in the foreground with the Eiffel Tower behind her.  There are the limited edition dolls, seasonal and hard to find dolls which make for a fun collection. 

Now to see which one will be the first in my collection.
