I want the Birkin Bag!

I want the Birkin Bag! If you're like me and drool at the sight of one, let me tell you my story. First, this bag is made by the french company Hermes and the waitlist for this bag is on average 6 years long. Even though it costs $7,500 to $10,000 girls are dropping their hard earned money for one or more of these bag - unless they've got a rich boyfriend like Rory from the Gilmore Girls and get it as a sweet gift. Am I dating myself by using the Gilmore Girls as a reference? lol

So, this is my Birkin story from last week. Imagine me in handcuffs. "I" imagined myself wearing a pair of handcuffs as I NEARLY picked up an authentic Birkin bag at Hirshleifer's shoe store. My eyes were set on a light brown Birkin bag sitting quietly on the cushioned seats where you sit and try on shoes. Me and my friend were looking at their selection of Manolo's and Jimmy Choo shoes when I spotted the bag. I reached for it as if it were on display for us to just pick up and touch. Then as I got closer, inch by inch, my heart started to race faster and faster. I started to wonder, why was this bag open? Why was there a book in the bag, and other items as if it belonged to someone. Oh, no! Then I pulled up my hand to my chest as fast as possible and looked around the room to see if someone actually owned this bag. There were a few ladies standing and talking. They probably didn't notice, but gosh, I'm glad they didn't notice! We left there soon after and then I realized, why didn't she notice? Girl, (more like lady) I could've walked out of the store with your Birkin Bag! Does this bag mean nothing to you? If I ever get the Birkin Bag, I'll have that thing handcuffed to my arm. Hmm.. I wonder if Hermes sells handcuffs that'll match?
