I did get my flash over the weekend. I can't take it off-camera yet (waiting on the cord), but it takes better pictures with the new flash then the pop up, by far. When I get the big flash off-camera and get the foam board for reflection it should be closer to studio without as much cost. Until we have extra money to spend. That will be a bit before I let go of any more though. This is all a good start. Keep in mind these are still just snapshots, just with better light. Here is what I get.
And this has always been one of the hardest things to accomplish; no hair glare right in front of our south facing door.
